Richard Dale Agnew and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of the companies on the 7th day of August 1998, under the terms of debentures, giving fixed and floating charges over the whole of the assets of the companies.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.

The receiverships ceased on the 21st day of August 1998.
