(a) Financial performance measures specified in clause 1 of Part II of the First Schedule to the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1994; and

(b) Financial components of the efficiency performance measures specified in clause 2 of Part II of that Schedule,

and having been prepared by Alpine Energy Limited and dated 31 March 1998 for the purposes of regulation 13 of those regulations.
