2. Unplanned interruptions in distribution system:
(a) The following information is contained in the table below:

Unplanned Interruption Measure (within Distribution System)
The measure of unplanned interruptions (other than those directly resulting from unplanned interruptions of a transmission system), calculated by the formula: a/b where
a is the sum obtained by adding together the number of customer-hours lost during each interruption; and
b is the total number of customers being supplied by means of the system.

The measure of unplanned interruptions directly resulting from unplanned interruptions of a transmission system, calculated by the formula: a/b where
a is the sum obtained by adding together the number of customer-hours lost during each interruption; and
b is the total number of customers being supplied by means of the system.
