Road Realignment at Rosedale

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah Caroline Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and shall vest in The Tasman District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10D/416, subject to memorandum of mortgage 373328.2 (Nelson Registry).

First Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

1022 square metres, more or less, being part Section 1, S.O. Plan 14710; shown as “A” on plan.

Second Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

1024 square metres, more or less, being legal road adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 16557; shown as “B” on plan.

As shown as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 15534, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Stopped Road at Redwoods Valley to be Vested

Declaration Acquiring Easements for Irrigation Purposes (Maungatapere Irrigation Scheme) Over Land in the Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah Caroline Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, rights to convey water over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, containing the rights and powers as contained in the Second Schedule hereto, are acquired for irrigation purposes for a term expiring on the 31st day of December 2050 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
