Cancellation of Registration

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 92 (1) (g) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, on the 11th day of August 1998, cancelled the registration of Whangarei Lodge, a branch of the Druids Friendly Society (North Island) New Zealand (in liquidation), at the request of the lodge, and because the lodge has minimal funds.
