Commerce Act 1986

Appointment of Associate Member of the Commerce Commission

Pursuant to section 11 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce has been pleased to appoint

Paula Rae Rebstock of Auckland

to be an associate member of the Commerce Commission in respect of matters arising from the Commerce Act 1986 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, other than those matters arising out of section 16 of the Fair Trading Act 1986, for a period of 3 years commencing on 6 August 1998.
