RULES OF ORIGIN - DETERMINATION OF IMPORTED MATERIALS
NOTICE 1998/2
In terms of Regulation 33(1)(b)(i) of the Customs and Excise Regulations 1996, “Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia”, the following material has been determined:
Lambskins, Spanish Entrifino or Merino, dyed or undyed, of a type used in the manufacture of apparel, having all of the following characteristics:
(a) double faced;
(b) tanned by a full chrome tanning process;
(c) sueded pelt;
(d) polished wool;
(e) weight 650 gsm. (+ or - 5%)
(f) size - Entrifino NOT exceeding 0.61 sqm. (+ or - 5%)
- Merino NOT exceeding 0.46 sqm. (+ or - 5%)
This determination is effective from 23 June 1998.
