Road Realignment — Waimarama Road, Hastings District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Hastings District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 and 120 (3), declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 10561, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. L3/1188.

Land Acquired for Limited Access Road — State Highway No. 60, Appleby

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah Caroline Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Notice Railway Land Declared Road — State Highway No. 2, Papatawa and Gaisford Road, Tararua District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of July 1998, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 16th day of July 1998, No. 93, page 2152, under the heading “Railway Land Declared Road — State Highway No. 2, Papatawa and Gaisford Road, Tararua District” by substituting:

(i) “Wellington Land District” with “Hawke’s Bay Land District”.

(ii) “lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington” with “lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier”.
