Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the companies above-named will be held at the offices of KPMG, Level Eleven, KPMG Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland, on the 20th day of August 1998, for the purpose of having accounts laid before the meetings showing how the liquidations have been conducted and the properties of the companies have been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators, and to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the companies and of the liquidators are to be disposed of.
