Notice is given that on the 22nd day of July 1998, a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Kevin M. Luckie be appointed as liquidator.

A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
