The following orders were made in the High Court at Auckland on the 25th day of November 1997:

That Derek John Robertson (“the bankrupt”) is conditionally discharged from his bankruptcy.
-
That, pursuant to section 111 of the Insolvency Act 1967, the bankrupt is prohibited, for a period of 18 months from the date of this order, from:
(i) Entering into or carrying on any business, either alone or in partnership with any person;
(ii) Being engaged in the management or control of any business carried on by or on behalf of, or being in the employ of any of the following persons, namely, his wife; a lineal ancestor or descendent of his; the wife or husband of such an ancestor or descendent; a brother of his; the wife of such a brother; a sister of his; and the husband of such a sister; and
(iii) Acting as a director, or taking part directly or indirectly in the management of any company, or being concerned in the management of any company or class of company. -
That judgment was entered against Derek John Robertson, in favour of the official assignee, for the sum of $5,000.

That in the event the bankrupt fails to comply with the conditions of his discharge, leave was reserved to the official assignee to apply to the Court for such further orders as may be appropriate.

That the conditions attached to the bankrupt’s discharge be published in the New Zealand Gazette and in the New Zealand Herald.
