The Registrar proposes to act, under section 303 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), on the grounds that the companies were still carrying on business or other reason existed for the companies to remain on the Register at the time they were removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of these companies to the Register must deliver notice of that objection to the Registrar in writing within 28 days of the publication of this notice.
