On the 9th day of December 1997, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Maryland Gardens Limited be liquidated and that James William Sherwin and Brian Joseph Walshe, chartered accountants of Sherwin Chan & Walshe, Chartered Accountants, Lower Hutt, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of December 1998.
