A Drainage Easement in Gross Acquired at 61 Victors Road, Christchurch

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into between Peter John Woolf, student and Felicity Ellen Heffernan, law lecturer—both of Christchurch (hereinafter called “the grantor”) and The Christchurch City Council (hereinafter called “the grantee”), the grantee acquires from the grantor the right to drain water in gross described in the First Schedule over the land described in the Second Schedule and the said easement shall vest in perpetuity in the grantee on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

First Schedule

This easement grants forever the rights and powers implied and attaching to the right to drain water as set out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, as if the same were fully set out herein.
