Notice is hereby given that by entry in its minute book of the above-named company, on the 14th day of August 1997, passed a resolution for the voluntary winding up and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at Construction House, 275 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North, on Monday, the 25th day of August 1997 at 10.30 a.m.

Business:

1. Consideration of the statement of position of the company affairs and a list of creditors, etc.
2. Appointment of liquidator.
3. Appointment of liquidation committee, if thought fit.

Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
