Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988
Notice of Initiation of a Duty Reassessment for Plasterboard From Thailand
Pursuant to section 14 (6) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (“the Act”), and under delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce, I hereby give notice that I have initiated a reassessment of the amount of anti-dumping duty in respect of imports into New Zealand of the goods described in the Schedule imported from Thailand.
The purpose of the reassessment is to ensure that any changes in the elements between the non-injurious market price and the non-injurious FOB price which may have occurred, are incorporated into the anti-dumping remedy.

Description of Goods
Standard plasterboard with dimensions of a thickness falling between 8.75 mm to 10.25 mm and of any length or width.
The goods are currently classified under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 6809.11.00 10D of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
