Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Service Lane Adjacent to Molesworth Street, New Plymouth

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for service lane and shall vest in The New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment in Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waitomo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “B”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60022, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 660, folio 149, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 237073.2 and H. 349480.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “D”, “E”, and “J”, now known as Sections 2, 3, 6 and 7, S.O. 60022 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 55D/826, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 373042.5 and B. 221844.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area “F”, now known as Section 4, S.O. 60022, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 55D/807, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 373042.5 and B. 221844.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) Area “G”, now known as Section 5, S.O. 60022, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 55D/808, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 373042.5 and B. 221844.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be vested in Pamela Joy Laybourn, clerk of Auckland.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a scientific reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
