Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990
Pursuant to regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, Timothy Neil Bullock, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990 listed in Schedule 2 and subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3 of this notice.

Conditions
(i) The items specified in Schedule 2 must be the vehicle’s original equipment;
(ii) The items specified in Schedule 2 must be in good condition and must not be modified in any way;
(iii) All rear seating positions are equipped with two point lap seat belts that comply with the appropriate vehicle standard;
(iv) This exemption may be revoked at any time;
(v) A copy of this notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and be readily available for inspection.

(ii) The items specified in Schedule 2 must be in good condition and must not be modified in any way;
(iii) Static 3-point lap and diagonal seat belts that comply with the appropriate vehicle standard are fitted in the front sitting positions;
(iv) All seat belts must be securely anchored to the vehicle;
(v) This exemption may be revoked at any time;
(vi) A copy of this notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and be readily available for inspection.
