Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands, insolvency practitioner and Catherine Jane Jollands, accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Floorworld Limited (in liquidation).

The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of August 1997.
The liquidators hereby fix the 20th day of September 1997, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993.
