Pursuant to Section 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993,

Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, chartered accountant of Auckland, hereby gives notice that on 28 July 1997, he ceased to act as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking and property and assets of the company, pursuant to his appointment by the first ranking debenture holder, pursuant to the deed of assignment dated 20 October 1992.

Box 548), Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 4th day of August 1997, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of the company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 1st day of August 1997.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
