Notice of Intention to Restore to the Register

The Companies Act 1955 (as amended)

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch proposes to restore the following company to the Register:

Alpine Aviation Limited. Applicant: C. J. Robertson, Russell Moon & Fail, P.O. Box 22, Ashburton.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 303 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), on the grounds that the company was still carrying on in business or other reason existed for the company to continue in existence at the time it was removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of this company to the Register must deliver a notice of that objection to the Registrar in writing within 28 days of the publication of this notice.
