Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Rodney Gane Pardington, chartered accountant, whose office is at Deloitte Touche Tomatsu, Tower Two, Shortland Towers, Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on 25 July 1997, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Dsign (1995) Limited, under the powers contained in an instrument dated 19 January 1996.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
