Declaring Land at Wanganui to be Acquired for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Railways, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land in the First Schedule be hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, for railway purposes and the land described in the Second Schedule held for railway purposes be amalgamated in the adjoining land subject to all encumbrances noted on the certificate of title to that adjoining land at the date of registration in the Land Transfer Office.
