Health and Disability Services Act 1993

Notice of Function That the Transitional Health Authority is Authorised to Perform
(Notice No. 2, 1997)

Pursuant to section 33 (1) (d) (ii) of the Health and Disability Services Act 1993, I authorise the Transitional Health Authority to carry out the function of preparing and completing annual financial statements for the Southern Regional Health Authority, the Central Regional Health Authority, the Midland Regional Health Authority, and the Northern Regional Health Authority, in respect of the 1996–1997 financial year.

In carrying out that function, the Transitional Health Authority shall observe the requirements of Part V of the Public Finance Act 1989, and shall meet the cost of the function from its existing baselines.
