Notice of Intention to Restore to the Register

The Companies Act 1993

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch proposes to restore the following companies to the Register:

Mums Fresh Food Limited. Applicant: Ken Usmar, Accounts Enforcement Limited, P.O. Box 8536, Auckland.

Kiwi Hunting Safari Limited. Applicant: Phil Wilson, 25 Glenora Place, Christchurch.

Te Moana Pines No. 18 Limited. Applicant: G. Clarke, director, 30 Wairarapa Terrace, Christchurch.

Waiwetu Estate Limited. Applicant: B. J. Collins, 246 Jacksons Road, Ohoka, R.D. 2, Kaiapoi.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 328 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies were still carrying on in business or other reason existed for the companies to continue in existence at the time they were removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of any of these companies to the Register must deliver a notice of that objection to the Registrar in writing within 28 days of the publication of this notice.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 303 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended) on the grounds that the companies were still carrying on in business or other reason existed for the companies to continue in existence at the time they were removed from the Register.
