Maori Land Development Notice, Hamilton 1997, No. 6

In the notice headed ‘‘Maori Land Development Notice, Hamilton 1997, No. 4’’, published in the New Zealand Gazette dated 19 June 1997, No. 62, page 1461, the certificate of title reference shown in the Second Schedule as ‘‘certificate of title, Volume 65 folio 155’’ should be stated as ‘‘certificate of title, Volume 650 folio 155’’.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1997, No. 8.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is only in relation to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
