The land comprises former part of the old bed of the Makino Stream situate between parts Sections 147 and 148, Town of Sandon, being part of the land in Deposited Plan 2964 (certificate of title, Volume 748, folio 14) to the north and Lot 1, Deposited Plan 2964 (certificate of title, Volume 235, folio 137) to the south. Both parcels are in the registered proprietorship of the applicant.
