Declaring Road at Arthur’s Pass to be Stopped

Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule hereto, to be stopped and vested in The Selwyn District Council as a local purpose (utility) reserve and the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 34C/1249 on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
