Interests in Land Acquired in Far North District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the right of way easement over the land described in the First Schedule containing the rights and powers in the first paragraph of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 and section 126B and the Ninth Schedule of the Property Law Act 1952, and the right to convey water over the land in the Second Schedule containing the rights and powers in the second and fifth paragraphs of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, are hereby acquired as easements in gross and shall vest in perpetuity in The Far North District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
