Board of Trustees Election

Pursuant to section 101 of the Education Act 1989, notice is given that the first election is to be held on the 15th day of July 1997, for the board of trustees of the following school:

Dissolution of Waiomio School Board of Trustees

Pursuant to section 107 (1) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that the Waiomio School Board of Trustees should not continue in existence by reason of mismanagement, incompetence and lack of action, and I hereby dissolve the Waiomio School Board of Trustees and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to act in its place.
