Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a Limited Access Road in Block III, Waiwera Survey District, Rodney District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the declaration dated the 10th day of May 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 May 1993, No. 66 at page 1242, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as C. 486186.2, acquiring land for a limited access road in Rodney District, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting from the operative clause thereto the words “which shall become road, limited access road and State highway” and by inserting before the words “A limited access road”, the words “in connection with”.
