Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Timothy James Reid of Wellington and James Terence Taaffe of Napier, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers of Kurupatu Holding Company Limited on the 3rd day of July 1997, under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
