Notice is hereby given that Taylor Bros Properties Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Deloitte House, 61 Molesworth Street, Wellington, has applied to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to the provisions of section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be removed from the Register on the grounds specified in section 318 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, namely that Taylor Bros Properties Limited has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is further given that the Registrar may remove the company from the Register unless there is delivered to the Registrar an objection to the removal on the grounds specified in section 318 (5) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, such notice to be lodged with the office of the Registrar of Companies at Wellington no later than the 31st day of July 1997.
