Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1997, No. 6.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, in relation only to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.
The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
