Land Acquired for the Purposes of Exchange in Block II, Waikohu

Pursuant to sections 17 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be taken for the purpose of granting compensation.

All that parcel of land containing 1.4298 hectares, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 8187, situated in Block II, Waikohu Survey District and being all certificate of title No. 5C/865.

Land Acquired for the Indirect Functioning of a Road—State Highway No. 1, Mana Esplanade—Porirua City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for the indirect functioning of a road and shall vest in the Crown.
