Rodney Gane Pardingtion, chartered accountant, whose office is at Deloitte Touche Tomatsu, Tower Two, Shortland Towers, Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on 9 June 1997, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Gulfstream Cruisers Limited, under the powers contained in an instrument dated 21 November 1996.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
