THE TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)

AMENDMENT NOTICE (NO. 2) 1997

PURSUANT to section 10(2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Secretary of Commerce gives the following Notice.

N O T I C E

Title and commencement – (1) This Notice may be cited as the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 1997.
(2) This Notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1997.
Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 0810.30.00, 2106.90.10, 2713.12.00, 3504.00.00, 8536.41.00 and 8536.49.00, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby further amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 8523.11.00 11K, 8523.13.01 01H and 8523.90.00 01G, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.
Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items revoked – The Tariff is hereby further amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by Tariff item and code 8536.90.00 32J.
