Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication

The order of adjudication dated the 30th day of January 1995, against Frederick Flynn of 310 Main North Road, Christchurch, was annulled by order of the High Court at Christchurch on the 8th day of May 1995.

The annulment took effect as from the 30th day of January 1995.

Take notice that Cablecraft Group Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 11-17 Church Street, Wellington, has been placed in receivership by the second debenture holder, Bruce Frederick McCullough of Pritchard McCullough, Chartered Accountants, whose offices are at 20 Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt, is appointed as the receiver.

The property in receivership is the assets and undertakings of Cablecraft Group Limited.

Take notice that Robert Andrew Jane, chartered accountant of 1088 Victoria Street, Hamilton, was appointed receiver and manager of Bulk Haul (NZ) Limited on the 27th day of May 1997, under clause 21.1 (h) of a debenture on the 11th day of November 1994, over all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, both present and future.
