Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) declares that:

(i) The portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6A/600, subject to memorandum of mortgage 217064.5.

(ii) The portions of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 5, folio 221, subject to memorandum of mortgage 217064.5.

(iii) The portion of stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10D/290.
