1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1997, No. 5.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, only in relation to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Notice of Desire to Acquire Land for a Public Work

To: The trustees, executors or successors of Horace Stanley Small of Silverdale.

Part of the land situated between State Highway No. 1 and East Coast Road, south of Silverdale, being 88 square metres, more or less, being part of Allotment 7, Parish of Okura, being part of the balance land held in C.T. 536/165, limited as to parcels, North Auckland Land Registry and shown as land to be acquired for motorway on Survey Office Plan 68661.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 18 (1) (a) of the Public Works Act 1981, that the Crown desires to acquire the above described land for part of the motorway being the Albany to Puhoi realignment of State Highway No. 1.

Pursuant to section 18 (1) (c) of the Public Works Act 1981, I invite you to sell this land to the Crown.

A notice of desire to acquire the land is being registered against the land held in certificate of title 536/165, limited as to parcels.
