Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Parish of Rangitaiki, Lot 28B, No. 17D, No. 2B, Section 2, which was set apart for the purpose of a meeting house reserve for the common use and benefit of the Rangihouhiri Hapu by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 43, page 987 of 9 March 1989.

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 108B/79 subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Registry Office.
