Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 August 1996, which was granted under those regulations to Christine Ann Phillippe, in respect of

Beachcomber Kindergarten, situated at 245 Bucklands Beach Road, Bucklands Beach, Auckland.

The centre has moved premises.

This notice shall take effect after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the Belmont Christian Society, the proprietor of the following school:

Belmont Academy.

The said integration agreement was executed on the 23rd day of May 1997. A copy of the agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the national office of the Ministry of Education, Pipitea Street, Wellington.

Food Act 1981

New Zealand Food Standard 1996, Amendment No. 3

The New Zealand Food Standard 1996, Amendment No. 3 was issued by the Minister for Health on 3 June 1997.

This standard is available for inspection and copies can be obtained free of charge, from the Food and Nutrition Section of the Ministry of Health, 133 Molesworth Street, Wellington.

Copies of the material incorporated by reference in this standard, i.e., the Australian Food Standards Code, up to and including Amendment No. 34, is also available for inspection by members of the public, free of charge, at the same address.

This amendment incorporates by reference Amendment No. 34 to the Australian Food Standards Code.

The New Zealand Food Standard 1996, Amendment No. 3, will come into force on the 28th day after the date of this notification.
