Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Register

The Companies Act 1993

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Napier proposes to restore the following company to the Register of Companies:

Direct Ventures Limited (in liquidation). Applicant: Sainsbury Logan and Williams, P.O. Box 41, Napier.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 328 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that other reason existed for the company to continue in existence at the time it was removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of this company to the Register must deliver notice of that objection to the Registrar in writing within 28 days of the publication of this notice.

Notice is hereby given that I and D Holdings Limited proposes to amalgamate with IML Holdings Limited and Alliance Textiles.

Upon amalgamation I and D Holdings Limited will become the amalgamated company. The date of the proposed amalgamation is 4 July 1997, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of I and D Holdings Limited or any person to whom I and D Holdings Limited is under an obligation at the following registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours:
