Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the company and a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, Twenty-ninth Floor, 23—29 Albert Street, Auckland 1, on the 23rd day of June 1997 at 4.00 p.m. for the purposes of:

(a) Having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of during the liquidation;

(b) To receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator;

(c) To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following extraordinary resolution:
