Notification of the Making of Rules

Pursuant to Section 288(6) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, notification is hereby given of the making of the rules set out in the Schedule hereto, which rules shall come into force on the 7th day of July 1997.

Customs (Import Entry) Rules 1997 (CR 1D/1997)

Customs (Export Entry) Rules 1997 (CR 1E/1997)

Customs (Excisable Goods Entry) Rules 1997 (CR 1F/1997)

The Notice of the making of the Rules made pursuant to Section 288(1)(d), (e) and (f) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette (Customs Edition) of 27 August 1996 is hereby revoked.

1926–1999 (Crown Copyright): Issues from this period remain subject to Crown copyright.
