Advertisement of Application for Orders

Take notice all creditors unsecured and secured of Coronel Corporation Limited, a duly incorporated company under the Companies Act 1993, having its registered office at 92B Ngataringa Road, Devonport, Auckland, and formally carrying on the business of rest home proprietorship, that Bruce M. Laird, barrister and solicitor of Hallmark Building, Hillary Square, Orewa, will be making application, pursuant to section 108 of the Companies Act 1955, and its amendments and section 3 of the Companies (Registration of Charges) Act 1993, on or about 11.45 a.m. on 12 June 1997 at the Auckland High Court for the following orders:

1. That pursuant to section 108 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that the time for registration of a deed of assignment by way of security of a debenture dated 12 August 1996, and made between Coronel Corporation Limited (“the company”) of the one part and the Bank of New Zealand as to the other part to secure repayment of an overdraft facility and interest thereon at variable overdraft interest rates in the manner required by section 102 of the Companies Act 1955, be extended to 21 days from the date of the order.

2. Subject to the proviso that the aforementioned order extending time for registration is subject to reserving liberty to any liquidator, receiver or creditor of the company to apply to discharge or vary the order if any application to put the company into liquidation is commenced or liquidator appointed within 6 months from the date of filing this application.
