Notice is hereby given that by entry in its minute book signed in accordance with section 211 (2) of the Act, Hearne Transport Limited on the 22nd day of May 1997, passed the following special resolution:

1. The company cannot by reasons of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. Kerry Patrick Francis, chartered accountant of Nelson, be appointed provisional liquidator of the company.
