Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block V, Cardrona Survey District—Queenstown Lakes District Council

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Dunedin, hereby declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Queenstown Lakes District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

3 hectares, more or less, adjoining Run 775, situated in Block V, Cardrona Survey District; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 24516.

Public Works Act 1981

Stopped Road in Waitakere City to be Vested

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 49B/545, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration in the Land Registry Office.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Set Apart in Connection With the Southdown-Avondale Railway

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of April 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 April 1997, No. 35, at page 886, declaring land to be set apart in connection with the Southdown-Avondale Railway, pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting the words “1530 square metres (0a 1r 20.5p)” and substituting the words “1775 square metres (0a 1r 30.2p)” and omitting the words “S.O. Plan 38183” and substituting the words “S.O. Plan 38619”.

Land Acquired for Road in Auckland City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Auckland City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
