Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a bush reserve for the common use and benefit of Nga Uri O Ngati Ruaka.

Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of all the descendants of Whanau Taiaroa.

Notice Redefining the Class of Persons for Whose Use and Benefit a Maori Reservation is Set Apart
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the persons for whose use and benefit the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been set apart as a Maori reservation by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 27, page 966 of 26 February 1987, is hereby redefined as being for the descendants of Mikaera Manuka, Kataraina Miru and community.
