Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

The Companies Act 1955

The board of Screen Graphics Marketing Embroidery Company Limited (an amalgamating company) hereby gives notice that it is intended to amalgamate Screen Graphics Marketing Embroidery Company Limited and Screen Graphics Marketing Limited, pursuant to the provisions of Part VA of the Companies Act 1955, and to continue as an amalgamated company Screen Graphics Marketing Limited with effect from the 23rd day of June 1997.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of the company, or any person to whom the company is under an obligation at the registered office of the company at 100 Durham Street, Christchurch, or at the offices of Ernst & Young, 227 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch, during normal business hours.

A copy of the amalgamation proposal will be supplied free of charge upon request by a member or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation.
